德澳挺臺參加ICAO大會！ 德國在臺協會：政治目的排除成員有損飛安

第40屆國際民航組織（ICAO）大會今（24日）即將於加拿大蒙特婁總部登場，臺灣迄今仍未受邀。對此，德國、澳洲駐臺機構均在臉書發文力挺臺灣。德國在臺協會不但轉發外交部上週「許一個無縫天空的未來」的影片，更說「爲了政治目的而將一些成員排除在外，有損飛航安全與保障。」
中央社報導，國際民航組織大會每3年在總部召開一次，今年第40屆國際民航組織（ICAO）大會於9月24日至10月4日舉行。事實上，臺灣曾在2013年應ICAO理事會主席邀請，以「特邀貴賓」（guests）身分參加。只不過，因北京政府打壓，臺灣自2016年起就沒有受邀。

對此，澳洲駐臺辦事處繼昨日發聲力挺臺灣後，今上午7時談及國際民航組織大會即將在蒙特婁登場，「澳洲辦事處認同全球飛航安全需要國際飛航社會所有積極會員的參與。(As the International Civil Aviation Organisation (#ICAO) Assembly gets underway in Montreal today, the Australian Office acknowledges that global #aviation safety and security needs the participation of all active members of the international aviation community.)」
德國在臺協會今（24日）上午8時許在臉書提到，「德國支持國際航空界所有成員積極參與國際民航組織論壇。爲了政治目的而將一些成員排除在外，有損飛航安全與保障。(Germany supports the substantive participation of all active members of the international aviation community in ICAO forums. Excluding some of its members for political purposes compromises aviation safety and security.)」
