榕發·觀湖郡整體設計從地域環境、樓盤特色、人文精神出發，通過精細的考量和規劃，以經典、時尚、人文、自然爲主題，同時依託當代的設計手法，用清雅低調的美感、沉靜平和的氣度，來表達“觀乎人文，化於自然”的和居美學空間。

The overall design of Rongfa Guanhu County starts from the regional environment, real estate characteristics, and humanistic spirit. Through careful consideration and planning, it takes classics, fashion, humanities, and nature as the theme. The calm and peaceful demeanor is used to express the aesthetic space of "concerning humanities and transforming into nature".

小區外圍環境連接自然，即便是都市的住宅，也能充滿自然氣息，在不經意間給人帶來能量，緩解精神的壓力與緊張。

The surrounding environment of the community is connected to nature. Even urban residences can be full of natural atmosphere, bringing energy to people inadvertently, and relieving mental pressure and tension.

隨着時代經濟的發展，設計理念從而不斷更迭。設計師將人文藝術氣息帶至售樓部，爲客戶塑造多樣化的體驗。洽談區的設計保持着開放的佈局，暖黃色的燈光與以墨綠爲主調的沙發座椅相襯，盡顯奢華氣質。

With the economic development of the times, the design concept has been constantly changing. The designer brings the humanistic and artistic atmosphere to the sales department to create diversified experiences for customers. The design of the negotiation area maintains an open layout, and the warm yellow light is matched with the dark green sofa seat, showing the luxury temperament.

沙盤區1:1復原了設計效果，吊燈如絲綢般輕飄，柔和了視線，溫暖了場域。前臺背景牆採用大面積的大理石來深化空間的人文自然氣息，與"觀乎人文，化於自然"的設計主題相呼應。

Sand table area 1:1 restored the design effect, and the chandelier was as light as silk, which softened the vision and warmed the field. The large area of marble is used in the background wall of the front desk to deepen the humanistic and natural flavor of the space, which echoes the design theme of "viewing humanity and transforming into nature".

樣板房 | Sample

配備的樣板房讓客戶率先感受新家氛圍，爲購買房產時增添又一層保障，讓買房更加安心、放心。

簡約之調是人類之本，通過新潮風格的傢俱、富有個性的軟裝彰顯整個空間的氛圍與質感。採用雙層窗簾，其白紗讓光線柔和不刺眼，卻又能保證室內光線的充足不昏暗。

The equipped model house allows customers to experience the new home first, adding a layer of security when buying real estate, and making buying a house more at ease and at ease.

The tone of simplicity is the essence of human beings, and the atmosphere and texture of the entire space are highlighted through trendy furniture and personalized soft decoration. 餐廳與廚房連通，在廚房與餐廳之間一扇玻璃門就能夠很好的隔絕油煙，外界空間不受油煙的干擾，就餐變得更爲舒適。橘紅色的桌椅在以灰白主調的空間中表達住戶的個性與意志。
