2024年6月11日，美國RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc.、R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company、RAI Services Company、R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company依據《美國1930年關稅法》第337節規定，向美國國際貿易委員會提出申請，指控對美出口、在美進口或在美銷售的特定電子煙產品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices and Components Thereof）侵犯其專利權，請求發起337調查，併發布普遍排除令、有限排除令和禁止令。美國、中國、英國等42家企業涉案。
